HERITAGE PRESERVATION SERVICES · Part of the National Park Service, this site contains information on Secretary's Standards, the rehabilitation tax credit program, Certified Local government program, publications and also Preservation Briefs.

HISTORIC AMERICAN BUILDING SURVEY, HISTORIC AMERICAN ENGINEERING RECORD, Historic American Landscapes Survey and Cultural Resources Geographic Information Systems (HABS/HAER/HALS & CRGIS) · These programs help the US archive American architecture and cultural resources in various contexts. PRESERVATION ACTION COUNCIL OF SAN JOSE is a local organization in San Jose for the city and its surrounding communities. Updates on the organization's work and links to other preservation organizations.

OAKLAND HERITAGE ALLIANCE is a non-profit membership organization that advocates the protection, preservation, and revitalization of Oakland's architectural, historic, cultural and natural resources through publications, education, and direct action.

THE SAN FRANCISCO HERITAGE YOUNG PRESERVATIONISTS NETWORK (HeritageYP) is a social and networking group for those under 40 interested in historic preservation and related fields within the Bay Area.
