Historic Spotswood Residence Modified in the 1930's, this rare 3500 s.f. historic residence with a brick exterior will resturn to its original design utilizing photo documentation, oral histories, and physical evidence. Building elevations were reconstructed from historical photographs and new work was carefully integrated into the existing historic fabric. The primary features such as hip roof, cornice and cupola, porches, solarium, stairs, are being reconstructed utilizing the State Historic Building Code. Seismic work is also being undertaken.

Los Gatos Residence Located in the hills of Los Gatos, this 14,000 square foot estate is patterned after a Tuscan Villa. The residence includes a two story living room with a dramatic window facing the pool garden and the hills beyond and a third floor study with crows nest balcony.

San Francisco Addition Garavaglia Architecture remodeled the kitchen space in this residence as well as constructing a new 800 square foot addition on the rear of the structure.

Saratoga Residence This 3,500 square foot residence located in Saratoga was conceived of as a Tuscan hillside villa. The plan on a steeply sloping lot was designed to take advantage of the views while retaining a number of grand oak trees.
