Peerless Lighting Headquarters Showroom Design and Development - This major lighting fixture company needed a space in which to showcase their products for marketing and represent the image of their firm. Warehouse space was utilized to create a 2,000 square foot. showroom. The Team developed an overall design statement that blended a dramatic central lobby space with individual rooms with different uses (i.e. office, laboratory, library, art gallery, reception area, etc.) to show specific lighting requirements and solutions. The project scope included the development of special furniture designed to incorporate the companies products.

Law Office of Michael O'Leary A 2,500 square foot office needed to be remodeled to provide a new image for the incoming tenant. Working within a limited budget, Garavaglia Architecture arranged offices to take advantage of natural light on three sides of the building. Glazed Doors were installed to let light flood into the hallway and paint was utilized to add openness to the spaces and tie the spaces together. |
